sources. We cannot independently call or verify the accuracy
of our travel suppliers' information nor warrant their
accuracy or completeness. All information, prices, and
availability are subject to change without notice. We
recommend you use this site to begin your travel planning
process and follow up with personal contact with a Vacation
Hotline travel agent. If you purchase travel products
featured on this web site, you are subject to the availability,
terms and conditions of the third party travel company.
Vacation Hotline is not responsible for any typographical
errors, incorrect prices, price changes, and/or offer
withdrawals for the offers and materials listed on this
site.
Although
most travel is completed without incident, travel to certain
destinations may involve greater risk than others. Vacation
Hotline strongly recommends you review travel cautions,
warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the
United States government prior to booking travel to international
destinations. Further information may be obtained at the

to particular international destinations, Vacation Hotline
does not represent or warrant that travel to such points
is advisable or without risk. Vacation Hotline is not
liable for damages or losses that may result from travel

In
order to travel within the United States, you may be required
to show government issued photo identification. Travel
outside the United States may require a valid passport,
visa, and other documentation. Vacation Hotline agents
may assist you by providing general information, but it
is the travelers' sole responsibility to determine required
travel documents for entry to another country and for
return to the United States. U.S. citizens may check the
U.S.
State Department site.
Medical
information and health risks of travel to certain destinations
may be obtained at the Centers
for Disease Control web site, or at the World
Heath Organization web site. Vacation Hotline strongly
recommends that you review this information carefully
and that you direct any questions that you may have to
your personal physician. You, the traveler, assume complete
and full responsibility for and release Vacation Hotline
from any duty of checking and verifying passport, visa,
vaccination, or other entry requirements as well for determining
the safety and security of any destination to which you
travel. Vacation Hotline shall not be responsible for
any injuries, damages, or losses associated with or caused
by terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical
or construction failure, climatic conditions, abnormal
conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions,
or conditions outside Vacation Hotline control. Vacation
Hotline strongly urges you to purchase a travel protection
plan which may provide you with coverage relating to trip
cancellation or interruption penalties and medical emergencies.
Governing
Law; Jurisdiction and Venue. This agreement is entered
into, and the obligations are to be performed in the City
of San Diego, county of San Diego, State of California
(U.S.A.), and this agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the internal laws of the
State of California without resort to conflicts of law
provisions. The parties hereto voluntarily and expressly
agree that all disputes, controversies, actions or proceedings
arising in connection with this agreement shall be tried
and litigated exclusively in the State and Federal courts
located in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego,
State of California. The aforementioned choice of venue
is intended by the parties' agreement to be mandatory
and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility
of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising
out of this agreement in any jurisdiction other than that
specified in this paragraph. Each party hereby waives
any right it may have to assert the doctrine of forum
non conveniens or similar doctrine or to object to venue
with respect to any proceeding brought in accordance with
this paragraph and stipulates to such courts' possessing
the exclusive in personam jurisdiction and venue over
each of them for the purpose of litigating any dispute,
action, controversy or proceeding arising out of or related
to this agreement exclusively in the City of San Diego,
County of San Diego, State of California.
Vacation
Hotline is a registered seller of travel in California,
registration number . Registration as a seller
of travel in California does not consititute the state's
approval.
